- 岗位职责:
The Role The Sr. Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing Tesla in the Business to Business market and developing strong relationships with the key stakeholders such as fleet management and rental companies as well as leading businesses. All of this with the main purpose of realizing a strong sales performance, meeting budget expectations and targets. The Sr. Enterprise Sales Manager will report into the VP of Sales for APAC and the lead for Enterprise Sales worldwide. Responsibilities ? Follow and comply with the Tesla global fleet sales guardrails. ? Actively build relationships with relevant decision makers in the Business to Business market and create excitement for the brand and its product. ? Be the trusted advisor and relationship manager for (a) fleet management and leasing accounts, (b) corporate and government clients, (c) short-term rental and (d) taxi/limo operating companies. ? Activate the demand by meeting and educating clients in regards to Tesla’s product proposition. Organize test drives for potential company car drivers at the workplace or at Tesla location. ? Consistent and continued usage of the CRM system, to log appointments, calls, test drives, contacts and meeting notes. Maintain a suite of accurate reports. ? Manage the overall business plan by closely working with other departments. Facilitate team and partner meetings regularly and effectively. ? Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge in respect to all vehicles, processes and business finance solutions. Conduct competitor analysis on a regular basis. ? Work on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required. Requirements ? A proven track record of sales achievements in a high performance Business to Business environment is essential. Experience with the automotive sales channel is a plus. ? Confident and articulate communicator. Excellent influencer able to build and maintain relationships at all levels internally and externally. ? Solid negotiation experience. Strong knowledge of business finance solutions. ? Comfortable developing your own role within the company, educating other departments on the importance of corporate sales. ? Strong team-player and self-motivated. High level of energy and drive to achieve team and personal targets. ? Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability. ? Used to working under pressure to tight deadlines. ? Disciplined, well organized, with excellent attention to details. ? Advanced analytical capability and high competence in Excel and Powerpoint. ? Valid and clean driver's license.
