- 岗位职责:
Tasks: 1、Prepare necessary documentation and contribute to continuous improvement process (CIP). Provide concepts, methods to optimize process and product performance. 2、Supplier evaluation and standard process audit. Develop and define the measures together with supplier, with considering the project timing and risk classification. 3、Supplier development/ Tier-n management. Evaluate and develop suppliers, using preventive methods for early identification and minimization, which are high risk and take on projects that are difficult due to part complexity, safety parts, short timing, etc. Work with suppliers, and if necessary with Tier-n suppliers; support problem resolution activity at the supplier when quality issues arise, if required by setting up an interdisciplinary team. 4、Preventive supplier and maturity management/ FMEAs. Ensure that maturity levels are efficiently maintained with suppliers, focusing on components with an enhanced maturity level risk. Plan, organize and conduct “Round Tables” with cross functional team for early identification of maturity level problems through mandatory and active involvement of suppliers. Assessment of quality-related parameters along the product creation process and result communication. Control implementation of defined corrective measures and monitor their effectiveness together with suppliers. 5、Production process and product audit. Planning, co-ordination and execution of audits as a responsible lead auditor. Issuance of the audit report. Based on audit findings, controlling of necessary improvement measures and appropriate implementation, as well as the effectiveness measuring of corrective actions. 6、Supervising the Performance of the engineers in the team. Also recruiting, inducting, coaching, and managing the engineers. ? Project and Employee assignment planning and follow up. ? Ensure customer satisfaction in various projects. ? Employee performance review. ? Support Key Account Manager for customer management. ? Other tasks assigned by line manager.
- 岗位任职要求:
1、At least five years working experience in Automotive Tier-1 or OEM Environment 2、Working knowledge of various commodities, familiar with clutch is a plus 3、Experience in managing medium sized teams, judge and review performance of employees 4、High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others 5、Knowledge of advanced product quality planning, inspection equipment and techniques. 6、Experience in APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA (Process and control plan) 7、Rich experience in SQM; Supplier Assessment; Process Audit; Open issues follow up. 8、Comprehension of various quality tools (Problem solving, Pareto, 8D…)
